To all of those who didn't "get" this movie too bad, I really thought it was great! I mean hot chicks, a different story line, a bitchin' mask, some good gore and some funny gags. Hey man, it's a Halloween movie, what more could you ask for?! Yeah the budget was low but look at the quality of the movie. I've seen a lot worse with a ton more money. Anyone out there see Valentine? This movie is way better than that one. Getting back to the story, if you couldn't get what happened at the end you weren't paying attention. Look at it again, there are a lot of clues on "who did it." Listen to what Lynn's boyfriend says at the opening of the film when he's talking to her. I picked up on that the second time I watched it and it really plays itself out in the end. It's subtle, but that's what's cool about this movie. It doesn't hit you over the head with all the cliché' things you see in every other horror film. And it's more psychological than slasher which is a lot different from all the Saw wannabes. Also, listen to what the Old Guy says in the cabin when he's talking to Jonathan about the blood. Another clue. There's a few more for you to find and if you do, then you will see what I mean about this film being really different and good. The whole cast is cut above the average teen horror actors. Minka Kelly (Friday Night Lights) and Amy Weber (Son of a Beach) are totally hot to watch. The old guy is also great! He's creepy and perfectly cast, as are the rest of the actors. This movie will become a cult classic in time!
